Can I cancel or get a refund?

Change of plans? Here are the options.

Remember, Backpocket completes your entire order when the first person pays. So you’ll always have all of your tickets instantly, 100% secured.

If you do require a refund or cancellation of a ticket(s) you have purchased with Backpocket though it will come down the ticketing providers policies. You will need to request that they refund part or all of your order before we can process any changes to your Backpocket payments.

For Pinot and Picasso customers you can reach out via their website for a refund request.

Other ticket sales are provided by Megatix. You can contact them and read their FAQ's here.

If for some reason you have trouble getting a refund - hope is not lost! You can always:

- Use your Backpocket link to invite somebody else.
- Try to resell the tickets on a platform like Tixel.
