Baji Account Balance and Wallet Management Guide

Your funds in Baji are managed through two separate wallets:

Main Wallet

Bonus Wallet

Each wallet has its own purpose and rules. This guide explains which funds are credited to each wallet, when they can be used for gaming, and when they become eligible for withdrawal.

Main Wallet

The Main Wallet stores your deposited funds (Deposit Amount).

Which funds are credited to the Main Wallet?

Your deposited amount will be credited to the Main Wallet in the following situations:

When you make a regular deposit without selecting any promotion or bonus.
When you make a deposit while selecting a specific bonus or promotion, the original deposit amount will still be credited directly to the Main Wallet.

What can you do with the Main Wallet balance?

You can use your Main Wallet balance to:

Place sports bets.
Play casino games or other eligible games.
Withdraw your funds after meeting the applicable requirements.

Withdrawal Rules for the Main Wallet

Regular Deposit (Without Any Bonus)

Before making a withdrawal, you must:

Complete at least 1x turnover on your deposited amount.

Example:

You deposit ৳1,000.
Before withdrawing, you must place eligible bets totaling ৳1,000.

Deposit with a Bonus

If you select a bonus during your deposit:

Your original deposit amount will remain in the Main Wallet.
However, before making a withdrawal, you must complete the turnover and any other requirements of the selected bonus.

Each promotion may have different terms and conditions, so please review the specific promotion rules before participating.

Bonus Wallet

The Bonus Wallet stores only promotional bonus funds.

Which funds are credited to the Bonus Wallet?

Bonus funds will be credited to the Bonus Wallet when:

You make a deposit under an eligible promotion.
You earn additional bonus rewards after fulfilling the requirements of a promotion.

How can you use the Bonus Wallet balance?

The funds in the Bonus Wallet:

Cannot be withdrawn directly.
Must be used on eligible games according to the promotion terms.
Will remain locked in the Bonus Wallet until the required turnover (Wagering Requirement) is completed.

When will Bonus Wallet funds be transferred to the Main Wallet?

Your bonus funds will be transferred to the Main Wallet when:

You complete all the requirements of the relevant promotion.
You complete the required turnover.
You place the eligible bets required under the promotion terms.

After that:

The bonus amount will be transferred automatically to your Main Wallet.
Once transferred to the Main Wallet, the funds will become eligible for withdrawal, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
