Redeem your gift voucher
Follow the booking process until you reach the Checkout page.
Expand the Discount or Gift Card section.
Enter your gift voucher or gift card code in the field provided.
Click Apply.
If the code is valid, the discount will be applied automatically and your order total will update.
If your voucher covers the full booking amount, you'll see No Payment Required and can simply click Confirm Booking.
If there is a remaining balance, choose your preferred payment method and complete the checkout.
Troubleshooting
If your code isn't accepted:
Check that the code has been entered correctly.
Ensure the voucher hasn't expired or already been used (if applicable).
If you're still having trouble, contact the activity provider for assistance.
