Multi-day Sessions allow you to create blocks (or chains) of sessions, which are strictly bound together, and have one entry date.
For example: a course of 5 Saturday afternoon sessions.
In booking a course, customers must book onto the entry date, and when they do so are automatically scheduled onto all of the subsequent sessions.
If you'd like to offer this structure, but so that customers can join after the first session is passed, and be charged accordingly, then you'll need to setup your event as a term.
Add a New Event
Pop to the Services dropdown on the left hand navigation and select 'Listings'.
Then select 'Add a listing'. In the form which follows, make sure to select 'Course or Series' as the event type.
You can then fill out this form with the rest of the basic details for your course. The Price should be for the whole course, though it can be changed later.
Dates & Times for your course
When clicking save on the first form you'll be taken through to the management page. From here you can navigate to the Availability area, and add your block of sessions to be your course.
*if you see a different option at this stage, it may be that you selected a different event type. Please go back and repeat the first steps, making sure to select 'Course or Series' as your event type.
Complete the form which follows to add your block of course sessions.
This block will be added at one price, with a single entry date (and all the subsequent dates rolled within that one).
Remember: once the entry date of a course has passed, your customers cannot join. This is for fixed-duration blocks of sessions.
