Our multi-day/termly event structure allows you to create dates which are bound together over a period of days, weeks or months, which a customer can book to try out just once, or purchase all the sessions in one go.

You can choose whether or not customers are allowed to join termly sessions after the first date has passed. If this option is enabled, they’ll be charged a pro-rated price for the remaining sessions. To change this setting, go to the Basic Details page, scroll to the Discoverability section, and toggle Allow pro-rata term on or off.

New Event

Pop to the Services dropdown on the left hand navigation and select 'Listings'. Then select 'Add new Listing'.

Make sure that, on the following page the event type selected is Multi-day/Termly.

Complete this form, making sure that the price you select is for the entire price of all of your termly sessions bought as one group.

Availability

Next, after saving, you will be taken to the management page for this event.

Visit the Availability tab at the top of the page to see how to add your term (block) of sessions by clicking the Add Term button and fill in the details.

Trials and Drop-ins

In the Availability page, you also have the option to allow trials and drop-ins. These two ticket types are quite similar, but there are some key differences. With a trial, you can limit how many times the same customer can book and choose which sessions they can attend (all future sessions, the next session only, the next two, or the next three). With drop-ins, customers can join on any available date.
