We totally understand that encountering a reCAPTCHA prompt during a payment process may be confusing or frustrating- remember those little boxes asking you to choose all the Zebra Crossing in a picture - yeah that thing!

Google's reCAPTCHA is now a bit smarter and works in the background, until it doesn't! However, it is important to understand that reCAPTCHA is necessary because it helps protect your personal and financial information.

reCAPTCHA is a security feature that verifies that the user completing the payment process is a human and not a computer program or bot. This security feature helps prevent fraudulent transactions and protects the customer and the merchant.

The pages on our website that involve creating or changing payment information are protected by reCAPTCHA for customer security. This security feature helps prevent unauthorized access by malware and bots.

reCAPTCHA analyzes interactions with the website to determine if they are performed by a human or some form of automated abuse.

In some cases, you may encounter a "reCAPTCHA check failed" or "Failed to process the recaptcha" error message when trying to make a purchase. This message means that the website suspects the customer's actions may be from a bot. Don't worry; this is just a precaution programmed for the security of payments.
