Reset Your Password From Our Learning Platform.
You can reset your password directly through our learning platform homepage:
Click Log in in the upper right-hand corner.
Click “Forgot Password?”:
In the login window, click the Forgot password? link beneath the login button.
Enter your email address:
Enter the email associated with your BananaThai School account and click Next.
Check your email:
Look for an email from Teachable with instructions to reset your password. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Reset your password:
Open the email and click Change my Password.
Follow the instructions to create your new password.
Once your password is reset, log back into your BananaThai School account.
Note: The password must be at least 6 characters long. If you encounter an invalid token error, request a new password reset email, as the token expires in 24 hours.
