Step 1 : Click on the "Resume Application button".
Step 2 : Click on the "Start from where you left off?" option.
Step 3: Enter your contact information and click “Next”.

Step 4: You will receive an OTAC on your registered phone number and email address if your account is already in process. Enter the OTAC and click “Next”.
Once you enter the OTAC and click "Next", your application will resume from where you left off. The information you have provided previously will be prefilled.
