What is your payout policy?
Payouts can be requested once you meet the minimum balance required. Payouts are processed daily. When you pass a level, you will be prompted with the ability to take a payout for that level in your wallet.
What are your payout methods?
Payout methods include direct bank transfers via Plaid.
How do I request a payout?
Payout requests can be made through your dashboard by selecting the payout option in your wallet. You will need to link your bank through Plaid and the amount you wish to withdraw.
When can I request a payout?
As soon as you pass P10 in your Bankroll, the amount will be deposited into your wallet automatically and you'll be able to withdraw after your KYC process is finished.
How long does it take to receive my payout?
Bankroll U processes payout requests the same day. Once it's sent, the time it takes to actually land in your account depends on your bank.
Can I cancel a payout request?
No. Because we process same-day, a payout can't be canceled once it's initiated.
Which tax forms will I receive at the end of the year?
You may receive a 1099 form (US) or equivalent, depending on your earnings and location. Bankroll U will issue the necessary forms based on your account information.
