Poor printing quality

The problem

Barcode Man put all elements into one complex image. Because the app advantage is highly customized, it needs a higher dpi to make it happen.

It is very common that the Zebra printer has poor printing quality. Most Zebra printers only support 203 dpi resolution. You may have a situation below.

Solutions

  • Try installing Seagull printer driver. ( you may want to check this guy on youtube as well)

  • After installing the Seagull printer driver, turn off the option Dithering.

  • Follow the steps below.

Printer preferences on Windows

  • Go finders, find Printers & scanners.

  • Select the printer that you want to adjust and click Manage.

  • Click Printing Preferences.

  • Click tab Graphics, set Dithering to None.

  • Click tab Options. Higher Darkness with lower Print Speed will help the printing quality.

Final Result
