To search for product information, you can type what you’re looking for in the Search box.
You can also filter product information by product status to help you focus on the products that are most important to you. For example, you can find all products that need activation or are in a warning state.
To search for specific terms
Separate multiple search terms with a comma.
Boolean operators aren’t accepted.
If you’re not on the Dashboard, in the left navigation menu, click Dashboard
.Type your search terms in the Search box.
To filter the table
You can filter the table by product status, to show which products have a certain status. When you filter, you decide which product statuses you want to show and hide, so you can focus on what you're looking for.
The available statuses are:
Not activated-You have either not purchased this product or you have purchased this product and the product hasn't been activated. To activate the product, click the status, then click Manage licenses at the bottom of the product slideout.
Needs setup-You have purchased this product, but need to complete setup for the product before it functions properly for this account. To set up the product, click the status, then click Setup at the bottom of the product slideout.
Functioning-You have purchased this product and it is activated, set up, and is functioning properly for this account. To open the product, click the status, then click Open at the bottom of the product slideout.
Warning- You have purchased this product and it is activated and set up, but it isn’t functioning properly for this account. To open the product, click the status, then click Open at the bottom of the product slideout.
Filtering is not persistent, so if you select filters, then go to another page, the filters are not still selected when you return to the Dashboard.
If you’re not on the Dashboard, in the left navigation menu, click Dashboard
.Click the button of a status you want to see:
Not activated
Needs setup
Functioning
Warning
Repeat step 2 until all the statuses you want to see are displayed.
