How you solve issues with applications from the Dashboard depends on whether an account is selected or not:
If an account is not selected, issues with applications are displayed in the Product information by account table.
If an account is selected, issues with applications are displayed in the Products area.
The product information by account table
The Product information by account table on the Dashboard shows the health of your applications in a quick, at-a-glance format, so you can easily identify which applications are unhealthy or haven't been set up yet.
Clicking a cell in the table opens a product slideout that does one of the following, depending on the state of the application:

is on your environment, but setup hasn't been completed |

The Products area
The products area displays application status on cards under either Active products or Available.
The status icons
The application cards in the Product area display the application status using the following icons:

Needs activation |
| You have either not purchased this product or you have purchased this product and the product hasn't been activated. |
Needs setup |
| You have purchased this product, but need to complete the setup for the product before it functions properly for this account. |
Functioning |
| You have purchased this product, and it is activated, set up, and is functioning properly for this account. |
Warning |
| You have purchased this product and it is activated and set up, but it isn’t functioning properly for this account. |
How to solve issues with applications
If you’re not on the Dashboard, in the left navigation menu, click Dashboard
.
NOTE You can search and filter the table.Do one of the following:
In the Product information by account table, click a cell, then, in the application slideout, in the lower right corner, click one of the following buttons:
Manage licenses
Contact sales
Open
Setup
In the Products area, either click the status icon to open the application slideout or click a button on the card.
