Is BarracudaONE down?

There are the known issues for this version of BarracudaONE. These issues will be addressed in upcoming releases:

Incorrect warning that Barracuda Cloud Control is not functioning

You may receive an incorrect warning that Barracuda Cloud Control is not functioning. This issue is being actively remediated and the fix will be available soon.

Searching the Alerts page - Email addresses only

The Search box of the Alerts page currently only searches a subset of the Description column, generally email addresses. This will be updated in a subsequent release.

Users who don't have access to BarracudaONE are unable to log out after attempting to log in

If you can't log in to the Early Access version of BarracudaONE, you may not be able to log out after receiving the error message. To log out, you can:

  • Log in to another Barracuda product, or

  • Use Incognito mode to log in again.

Serial numbers not available for trials and expired trials

If a product is in trial or was previously in trial and the trial expired, no serial number is available in the Dashboard, in the Products area.

NOTE The Products area is only visible if an account is selected. It's not available if All accounts is selected.

Selected accounts not maintained when opening other products

If you select an account in BarracudaONE using the account switcher, that account may not be selected when you click a link or button to open another Barracuda application, such as the Open or Manage licenses button.

This issue will be resolved in an upcoming release.
