Who this is for: All Barti users with access to My Intake.
Before you start, you'll need:
A Kno2 account with at least one message in My Intake
Steps
Log in at kno2.prod.barti.com and navigate to My Intake.
Click the message containing the fax you want to print.
Select the attachment you want to print — it highlights yellow when selected.
Click the grey printer icon in the toolbar above the message preview.
If your browser window is minimized, you'll see three grey lines instead of the full toolbar. Click the three lines to expand the menu and access the printer icon.
Choose your destination, pages, copies, and color settings, or accept the defaults.
Click Print.
(Optional) If you're done processing this message, click the blue drop-down in the top right and select Mark as Processed.
Repeat steps 3–7 for any additional attachments on the same message.
What you'll see when it works
Your browser's print dialog opens. After printing, the message remains in My Intake until you manually mark it as Processed.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the printer icon.
If your browser window is narrow, the toolbar collapses into a three-line menu. Click the three grey lines to expand it and reveal the printer icon.
The attachment isn't highlighted yellow.
Click directly on the attachment name or icon to select it before clicking Print. Only the selected (yellow-highlighted) attachment will print.
