Background

If your company has a shortlist of GC's that it bids and you usually ignore any other company. BasisBoard has a workflow for that, here's how to set that up:

To add a high priority tag to a GC, navigate to the companies page under contacts.

Click on the GC that you wish to make high priority, in this case, lets say our company always bids to Advanced Construction Services.

We click the tag button directly to the right of the name and then click on the tag that we wish to add.

To remove a tag, just select the 'No tag' option. You can also create your own tags by clicking the 'add new tag' button.

From there, if we want to filter our bids by that tag, just go to the list view and choose Bids from Core Customers.
