Referring a customer through Baton is fast, simple, and built to fit your workflow.

Whether it’s someone outside your service area, asking for a service you don’t offer, or moving to a new market, Baton connects them with a trusted, vetted provider in our network — and you earn referral revenue.


1) Forward the Caller to Your Baton Referral Number (Fastest and Easiest➡️

Your Baton Referral Number connects customers directly to our Service Pros team. We qualify the caller, match them to the right provider in our vetted network, and forward them live.


Why reps prefer this:

  • Works for almost any “can’t service” scenario — out of area, wrong service type, booked out, etc.

  • Gives an instant answer to “Do you know someone?” without needing to memorize other companies.

  • No follow-up needed — Baton handles the rest.

How to do it naturally:

“We don’t handle that service, but stay on the line and I’ll connect you to our partners at Service Pros — they should be able to help.”


Once connected, our team confirms details and forwards them to the vetted provider who can help.

You can also text or give the number directly if you’re not transferring the call. Once they dial, our team takes it from there.
