How do you want customers to reach you?
When companies refer to you, the consumer will transferred to or encouraged to call a forwarding number that we’ve assigned to your company. By default, that forwarding number will transfer to your Default Sales Phone Number.

Using multiple tracking numbers
If you would like callers to be directed to another phone number based on the Service Area that they matched to, let us know so we can claim additional forwarding numbers for you and ensure your Service Areas are configured appropriately.
