To request a refund, send us a message through BBSeeyou support chat. If you are already chatting with us, reply in this conversation. There is no separate refund form or second chat to find. Include the email on your account, the payment date and amount, your country of residence when you purchased, and the date you canceled. Do not send your full card number. We will check the billing record and confirm the outcome; canceling does not automatically refund a charge.
