Whitelisting BrainCheck Domains

Ensure BrainCheck runs smoothly by whitelisting required domains. Prevent login issues, slow loading, and frozen assessments with the correct firewall, DNS, and port 443 configuration.

Why Whitelisting Matters

BrainCheck is a secure web-based platform that depends on real-time connections, authentication services, and embedded support tools.

If required domains are blocked, filtered, SSL-inspected, or throttled by firewalls, DNS filtering (e.g., Umbrella), proxies, or endpoint security software, you may experience:

  • Slow loading or timeouts

  • Login failures (especially SSO)

  • Assessments freezing or not launching

  • Reports failing to generate or export

  • Chat support not appearing

  • Screen sharing not working

  • Intermittent or unexplained errors

If any of these occur, confirm the domains below are whitelisted.
