Ordering free products
If all products in your cart are free and in stock (not a pre-order), your order will be processed instantly:
You will receive an email with an overview of your order.
We will send you a password to access the "My account" area (only for new customers without an account).
In the "My account" area, you can view and manage your orders and subscriptions.
If your orders or subscriptions contain downloadable products, you can access them from the order or subscription page, or directly on the downloads page.
Ordering paid products
If your cart contains a paid product, your order will be processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd.
After you click on "Place order", Paddle will provide a checkout form. Please review Paddle’s terms and conditions.
In the form, you can enter your billing details and VAT ID (if applicable).
Before you make the payment, you will see the final price (including tax) based on your entered information.
After a successful payment, you will receive an email from Paddle with your receipt. This email also includes a link to view and download your invoice.
You will receive an additional email from us with an overview of your order and, if you are a new customer, a separate email with your password to access the "My account" area.
In the "My account" area, you can view and manage your orders and subscriptions.
Note: Subscriptions renew automatically. If you do not want to renew a subscription, please cancel it in your subscriptions before the renewal date. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to support and updates until the subscription expires.
