Administrators can add the site-wide Media Time library to the primary navigation bar to make Media files accessible across Moodle with a single click.
How to add the Media Time library to the primary navigation bar
Go to Site administration > Appearance > Appearance > Advanced theme settings.
Scroll down to "Custom menu items".
Add the following inside the text field:
Media Time|/admin/tool/mediatime/
Save changes.
The Media Time library at site level now appears in your primary navigation bar.
