About
The Accordion (with tables) layout combines the space-saving benefits of an accordion with the structured data presentation of a table. While the standard Accordion layout uses a fixed-slot card design for items, this version displays the expanded content as a clean, organized table. This is the perfect choice for displaying lists of related items under a single category, such as lists of participants within a department or specific activities within a course.
Available settings in Layout preferences
The Accordion (with tables) layout includes several specific configuration options in addition to the general layout settings:
Group by β Select the data field used to categorize the items into different accordion sections.
Group label β Define which field should be used as the visible title for each accordion group.
Available settings in Fields preferences
The Accordion (with tables) layout allows you to choose which columns appear in the expanded table view.
Enabled fields β Select the specific data fields you want to display as columns within the table. You can reorder these fields using the drag-and-drop icon to determine the sequence of the columns from left to right.
Note: The specific fields available for selection are determined by the data source assigned to the block.
