Congratulations on reaching this stage of your process! Whether you received your EAD, Green Card, or immigrant visa, this means you’re now eligible to work in the U.S. and are getting closer to completing your EB-3U journey.
To keep your case compliant, it’s important that you begin work as soon as possible:
AOS clients: Start work within 2 months of receiving your EAD or Green Card.
Consular clients: Move to the U.S. within 2 months, and start work within 2 months after arrival (4 months total).
Client Services will confirm your exact start date after you complete your relocation tasks (housing, transportation, etc.). Only then can we schedule your job orientation with your sponsor.
