๐Ÿค” About Member Invites

If you ever wished you could send out custom-written community invites to all those email addresses you've been gathering from your company's newsletter, wish no more! With Member Invites you can do just that.

๐Ÿ“จ Sending out new invites

1. Sing in to your Beam Community and head over to the Community Manager
(To reach the Community Manager, click on your profile dropdown at the top right of the screen and select the "Community Manager" option)

2. On the left navigation menu, click on Invitations

3. Click on [Invite New Members] button to open up the modal

4. Write the desired Email Subject and Email Message on their respective fields

5. On the Email Addresses field, paste the list of emails you wish to send invites to, separated by ilne or comma

6. In order to avoid spam, the "Ignore previously sent addresses" button will not send an invite if the address has been previously invited

โš ๏ธ Heads up: Email addresses who have already accepted the invitation are automatically ignored and will not receive new invites.

7. Click the [Invite Members] button and the emails will be sent!
