πŸ€” About ChatGPT Integration

The ChatGPT integration lets you and your users generate content directly into your Beam.gg community's text editor during post creation.


πŸ”§ Setting up your ChatGPT Integration

The integration is active by default in all communities, but to change its setting:

1. Log in to your Beam Dashboard and choose the community you'd like to make changes to

2. Go to the Platform Settings page, then again into Platform Settings section

3. Turn On/Off the "AI Content Generation" setting

4. Save your settings

πŸ€– Generating Content

1. Click on the "New Post" button

2. Create your post title and choose your subforum/category as usual

3. Click on the AI Generation button in your text editor

4. Ask ChatGTP something by writing a prompt (examples below)

5. Choose wether to replace the existing content written on your post or not

6. Click "Generate Content" and wait for it to be processed

7. Format your answer and submit your post!

You can ask ChatGPT anything you'd like, the more detail you give, the better your answer will be. Here's a few examples on what you can ask it to generate for you, use it as a starting point to generate the content that is relevant to your community.

  • "Write me a 600 characters blog post about the most popular programming languages"

  • "Create an introductory post to a fitness community"

  • "Make a list of the 10 most popular pop songs of 2010"

  • "Teach me the basics of event planning"

  • "Write me a quick recipe for a vegan burger"

  • "Give me a quick review on the Matrix movies"

  • "Make a list of the top 10 Formula 1 pilots of all time"

  • "Pretend you're an astronaut and describe your first launch into space"
