How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items for a refund or exchange, as long as they are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.


Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition

  • All original packaging and labels must be included

  • Customised, clearance, or special-order items may not be eligible for return

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product


How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return

  3. We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions
