Our products are fitted with YKK locking zippers. These are the best zippers available.

For pool products, we recommend rinsing your beanbag after use. This will assist to remove any salt, dirt, sand and chemicals from the zipper.

If the zipper has seized due to exposure to salt, chlorine, sand or other chemicals, you may like for try using WD-40 to free it up.

The zipper features a locking mechanism which has to be released in order for the zip to open. It may be possible that the paper clip or other utensil is being entered on the wrong side of the locking mechanism. Usually inspecting the zipper from the side will reveal if the implement is being inserted on the correct side of the locking mechanism.

If you are unable to resolve the issue and your product uses an inner liner, we do supply spare inner liners. These can be purchased for $35.00.
