Why can't I see pricing or add items to my cart?

This article explains why a user cannot see pricing until after their account has been approved.

To protect the integrity of your professional-only pricing, we hide pricing information from our site until after your account is approved. We also remove the ability to add items to the cart. Once your account is approved, you will be able to see pricing as well as add items to your cart.
