When you place an order on our online store or app, the order status is set to "Awaiting Payment". This means that we have pre-authorized the credit card but have not collected payment. When our fulfillment center ships the order, we capture the total order amount, and the status is changed to "Shipped".
If your order status is "Awaiting Payment", it has not shipped yet but will ship soon 😁
