The Beneplan HR Toolkit is a new value-added perk rolled out to all employers at renewal, starting on July 1, 2017.
The HR Toolkit has three components:
Access to an HR Advisor, up to 12 hours per year, via phone or email.
Access to a Telus Health (formerly Life Works) (EFAP, or EAP); and,
Coverage towards pharmacogenetic tests from Personalized Prescribing Inc.
How much does it cost?
If you are a Beneplan member, there is no additional cost for the services.
If you wish to upgrade any of the coverages, please speak to your advisor or email admin@beneplan.ca.
What exactly does the HR Advisor service cover?
What it DOES cover: Opinions and advice from an HR expert, emails, phone calls, voice mails, templated policies suggested by the HR expert, and risk assessments.
What it DOES NOT cover: legal fees, insurance or protection against the client's errors or ommissions, or unforseen circumstances which change the law significantly without time to react.
