Log in to https://admin.beneplan.ca - if you've forgotten how to log in, hit 'forgot password'.
Click on 'Settings'
Click on 'Documents'
Find your booklet(s) in that list - it is searchable if you want to use a keyword such as your carrier, policy # or the class name
Click on the link(s) to download the booklets file.
Your booklet should have the policy number listed on the cover.
If you have more than one insurer handling your group benefit plan, you will see multiple booklets.
'Booklets' are not the same as 'contracts' - if you need the full contract, please contact service@beneplan.ca.
Accessing your booklet from your insurer - Depending on your insurer, you may be able to download your coverage booklet from their website directly.
Try logging into your administrator profile with your insurer - if you're not sure who your insurers are, email us at service@beneplan.ca.
