Check your policy booklet and check the portion under Out of Country coverage to see the amount you are covered for and the duration.
If you are still unsure, contact your insurer directly for more details. You can login to the mobile app, view on your desktop or call their call centre.
It's also a good idea to speak to your travel agent to find out if you require proof of insurance coverage as some countries require a written letter from your insurer. If that's the case, you can either call them and request the same, or go online and print one for yourself.
