Check your Booklet under Paramedical Coverage to see if Naturopathic services are a covered benefit.  If so, then the consultation only is covered.  Any medical tests or procedures are not covered.  Nor is the supplementation prescribed.  
An exception would be supplements that are deemed "nutrition products" that are prescribed by your medical doctor for a specific disease or disorder, and are covered under Ontario Drug Program.
