The system keeps loading but nothing is happening

Sometimes the system's front end might time out but the engine is still working in the background.

Copy the URL and paste into a new browser tab and check to see if the information was updated. If it was, great! That means the engine completed the update.

If not, the engine is still working. Give it a second...she's going to the moon and back :)
