Looking for your latest benefits invoice? Here's how to retrieve it using the new Beneplan client platform.
1. Log in to your account, mouse over to the 'Reports' tab on the top navigation pane. Click on Reports.
2. Find the invoice, called Beneplan Billing Report Master Month End - both a CSV (Excel) and PDF option will be available. Click on that title.
3. On the right hand side, there is an icon with an arrow pointing down. That is the icon to download the invoice. Go ahead and click on download.
