How to add a new spouse or child as a dependent to a plan member's profile

Here's how you can add a dependent to an employee's profile.

  • Click on the Employees tab

  • Find the employee and click on their name

  • Click on the shortcut called 'Update Dependent'

  • Follow the steps

Please note that it may take a few minutes to update because the system is processing the request in the background.
