Here's what happens when you add an employee to the dashboard late.
It sets the employee to 'ineligible' until the process is completed and the employee is approved.
It emails the health evidence form to the plan administrator on file. It can also email the plan member directly if their email address is listed.
It notifies the internal Beneplan data team to look into it further.
