Beneplan uses two-factor authentication for users logging into https://admin.beneplan.ca in order to increase the security of the portal.

When you log in, it will send a code to the email you have on file with your plan administration account. Please check your email, junk mail and "other" inboxes for a note from Beneplan.

Please note that the code expires in 60 seconds.

If your code doesn't work for you, please try the following steps:

  1. Resend code and make sure you enter it in right away, before it expires in 60 seconds.

If that still doesn't work:

  1. Open an incognito window and visit https://admin.beneplan.ca.

  2. The incognito window should ignore any cache and you should be able to login.

    1. If you forgot your password, go ahead and hit "reset password."

  3. Open a new browser window.

  4. If logging using the browser's incognito mode is successful, then it will work on a regular browser window (non-incognito).

  5. If issues persist, please clear the browser cache; you don't need to clear the entire cache, but this can be done within just the last hour so that you don't lose all your cached data (saved forms, etc).

If you still have issues, please email service@beneplan.ca.
