Creating A New Issue
Navigate to the Dashboard
In the top right corner, click New Story
Ensure the correct Newsletter is selected
Click Create
Writing and Editing An Issue
If the Newsletter Issue is going to be sent via Email, fill out the Email Subject Line
Add in your Headline
Write your story
To Format Text and Insert Hyperlinks
Highlight the desired text and the format toolbar will appear.
Select bold, italic, underline, hyperlink, bullet list, numbered list, and subheading 2
To link websites to text, use the hyperlink function.
Select the link icon and paste the URL
Click enter
To Add A Photo
Place your cursor on a new line
Click the + icon
Click on the photo icon
Upload your own Image or Select an Image from our Libraries. For more information on photos, please refer to this help article.
To Add Embeds
Copy/Paste the URL of the YouTube, Twitter, Datawrapper, etc link.

To Add a Horizontal Rule
Place your cursor on a new line
Click the + icon
Click on the Rule icon
Publishing an Issue
Once you are ready to publish your newsletter issue, navigate to the Publish Menu in the top right corner.
Publish Destination: choose to publish your issue via email and to the website (recommended), email only, or site only.
Email Audience: choose who is receiving the newsletter: All, Paid, or Free Trial subscribers.
Include an Excerpt. For guidance on excerpts, please refer to this help article.
Add or edit your Thumbnail
If your Publish Destination includes to the site, choose to Remove Paywall if needed, and Remove Streams if applicable.
