What is a Project on Betterleap?

A project on Betterleap is a way for recruiters to manage candidates for different job openings they are working on. It helps keep everything organized in one place, making it easier to find the right candidate for each open job.

Overview of Project Types for Recruiting Firms

Betterleap offers two main types of projects to recruiting firms.

  1. Recruiting Projects: These are specifically for sourcing candidates. You can add candidates to your projects using the Chrome extension, our Sourcing feature, or a CSV file upload. For these projects, candidates' personal emails are prioritized when sending sequences.

  2. Sales Projects: Aimed at business development, these projects allow you to add prospects using the same tools. Professional emails of prospects are prioritized in the sales sequences.

Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a Project

  1. Click on projects: Start by navigating to the 'Projects' section on the Betterleap platform.

  2. Click on New Project: Once you're in the Projects section, look for and click on the 'New Project' button.

  3. Select recruiting or sales project type: You will be prompted to choose the type of project. Select 'Recruiting' to proceed.

  4. Type in the name of your project: Give your project a specific name that reflects its purpose or the role you’re recruiting for.

  5. Click on Create Project: After entering the name, finalize the process by clicking on 'Create Project'.
