What is Mira?

Mira is Betterleap's AI agent. Whether you want to expand your candidate network or have an immediate requisition to fill, Mira can run projects and sequences at scale, completely on auto-pilot.

Getting Started with Mira

You can access Mira in the top right corner of your Betterleap dashboard. There is a button that says Try Mira.

Natural Language Search

Once you click on Try Mira, you will be taken to a new page with a search bar in the center of the screen.

Instead of using a traditional boolean search, you can just type in what you are looking for. This is called natural language search.

With Mira, you can use natural language search to find suitable candidates that match what you are looking for. It can be for any skill set, in any location, with any amount of experience.

Here are a few examples of natural language searches:

  1. Registered Nurses with 5+ years of experience

  2. Find me a bilingual Pharmacist in Seattle, WA

  3. Look for Speech Language Pathologists in Illinois who are CCC certified

To run a search, click the blue button in the search bar or click enter.

Candidate Calibration

Once you run a search, Mira will display 10 candidates for initial calibration. They key words from your search will be highlighted on the candidate box, making it as easy as a quick look over to ensure Mira is on the right track with your search.

You can swipe through these 10 candidates using the arrows on the left and right side of the candidate box.

If any candidates presented don’t work, let Mira know, by clicking the Doesn't Match button on the top right of the candidate box. Type in why this candidate is not a match, click Submit, and Mira will fine-tune the results.

Once you've sorted through all 10 candidates, click the Convert to Project button on the bottom of the screen to move to the next step, and have Mira work her magic.

Projects and Sequencing

Turn your search into a project with one click — Mira takes it from there. You'll have full visibility into what the AI is doing at every step. Here is the 4 step process:

  1. Initial Project Creation - Mira Processing

Both the project and sequence are created for you in just a few seconds. You'll see that Mira is working, the sequence is loading, and the project is in.

  2. Sequence Draft

Once Mira has created a sequence for you, you will see it on the right side of your screen. These sequence steps are emails candidates will receive. Mira will automatically create the steps in the sequence for you, but you still have the option to edit and customize the sequence.

  3. Launch Project

The project and sequence will remain paused until you start the project. Once the sequence is customized to your liking and you're ready for Mira to bring your project to life, click the Launch Project button in the sequence column to start the automated sourcing and outreach.

  4. Candidate Outreach

Once you start a project, it becomes active and Mira begins sourcing candidates at-scale. Mira identifies the full talent pool, aka the total addressable market of candidates, for your search and automatically adds qualified candidates to your project.

Remember those steps in the sequence from the last step? Mira will send those sequence steps to sourced candidates for you automatically. You'll be able to see how many candidates were sourced, emails were sent, and candidate replies there were under the insights portion of a project.

What Happens Next?

Mira will update your projects with detailed insights and new candidates daily until the total talent pool has been reached, you've hired the right talent, or until you pause the project. Make sure you check for these updates on your projects daily!

If you need help finding a past project or search, you can use the arrow on the top left of the screen to access these.

Once the column appears, type into the search bar at the top to look for a specific project. This column is also collapsable with the same button if you want to hide it.

To view the candidates that Mira has sourced and contacted, you can click on the Candidates box do so.

This will open a column on the right of the screen for you to view the sourced list with candidate details.
