An Update for Our Community: BetterTracker’s Next Phase

BetterTracker enters its next phase as a dedicated platform for software visibility, renewals, and spend intelligence, while Channel Program continues as a focused vendor consulting and intelligence practice.

Written by BetterTracker

We wanted to share an update with you ahead of our public announcement, as part of our commitment to keeping our community informed and aligned.

Over the past several years, BetterTracker and Channel Program have been built and scaled together under one roof. As adoption grew, it became clear that each platform was solving a different, mission-critical problem for different audiences across the IT ecosystem.

As a result, BetterTracker is entering its next phase.

Developed within Channel Program, BetterTracker now operates as a dedicated platform focused on software stack visibility, renewals, and expense intelligence—built specifically for MSPs and IT teams.

Channel Program continues in parallel as a consulting and intelligence practice for technology vendors.

Two platforms. Two distinct missions. One shared vision.

What’s Changing

The most immediate change you’ll notice is where you log in.

Starting this week all users will access the platform at:

That’s it.

There are no changes to:

  • Your account

  • Your data

  • Your access or permissions

  • Vendor programs, reviews, badges, or visibility

  • Existing workflows

No action is required on your part.

Why We’re Making This Change

As BetterTracker grew, it became clear that operators and vendors need different experiences—and different depth.

BetterTracker is built for operators:

  • MSPs

  • SMBs

  • IT leaders

  • Finance teams

  • Executives

These teams need real-time visibility into:

  • Software tools and logins

  • Contracts and renewals

  • Spend and usage

  • Risk, overlap, and waste

Channel Program remains focused on vendors—helping them validate strategy, enter the MSP market, and scale channel revenue through disciplined go-to-market execution and real market intelligence.

Separating into two focused platforms allows each to move faster, go deeper, and deliver more value—without compromising neutrality or trust.

What This Sets the Stage For

While nothing new is launching today beyond this unified experience, this change lays the groundwork for what’s coming next.

In 2026, this foundation enables:

  • Smarter insights built on unified data

  • Better workflows and usability

  • Increased automation to reduce manual effort

  • AI-powered intelligence across planning, optimization, and decision-making

We’ll share more as these enhancements roll out.
