But this update is more than just a new look.

A cleaner navigation experience

We’ve redesigned the menu to be faster, simpler, and easier to use across desktop and mobile.

With a more streamlined layout and new flyout menus, it’s now easier to find what you need and move between sections without extra clicks.

The updated design also improves clarity, so you always know where you are and where to go next.

Whether you’re managing your stack, customers, or vendors, everything is now more intuitive and easier to access.


Meet MyStack

Your core tools are now brought together into one streamlined workspace:

  • My Expenses

By consolidating these into a single location, it’s now faster and easier to manage your stack—without jumping between multiple menus. You’ll spend less time navigating and more time staying on top of what matters.


My Customers — now easier to manage

Customer Tracker is now My Customers, with a more streamlined and intuitive way to manage everything in one place.

We’ve consolidated your customer navigation into a single, easy-to-use experience—so you can quickly find, access, and manage your customers without extra steps.

With this update, you can:

  • Instantly search or scroll through your customers directly from the menu

  • Quickly access your customer dashboard and management tools

  • Jump straight into a customer’s management page with a single click

This makes it faster to move between customers, reduces unnecessary clicks, and helps you stay focused when managing multiple accounts.


My Vendors — quickly find your vendors and materials

Vendor Tracker is now My Vendors, giving you a more streamlined and organized way to manage everything vendor-related in one place.

We’ve consolidated your vendor navigation into a single, easy-to-use experience—so you can quickly access the tools and resources you need without digging through multiple menus.

With this update, you can:

  • Easily browse and search across all your vendors

  • Quickly access your vendor portals and key documentation

  • Find important resources like deal registration and MSP materials in one place

This makes it faster to stay on top of your vendor relationships, access the right information when you need it, and keep everything organized in a more intuitive way.


New Research menu — all your insights in one place

We’ve introduced a new Research menu to bring all your research and insight tools together into one centralized location.

Instead of navigating across different areas, you can now quickly access everything from one menu, including:

  • Stack Market

  • Industry Calendar

  • Channel Deals

  • Channel Engage

  • StackCharts

  • Technology Map

  • Blog Posts

With this update, you can:

  • Quickly find the insights and tools you need without searching across the platform

  • Stay up to date on industry events, deals, and trends

  • Explore data and research more efficiently from a single starting point

This makes it easier to move from managing your stack to exploring insights—helping you make more informed decisions, faster.


Smarter vendor data

We’ve improved vendor names and logos across BetterTracker to make everything more accurate, consistent, and easier to recognize.

This means:

  • Cleaner, standardized vendor listings

  • More reliable results when adding or importing vendors via OCR

  • A more polished and trustworthy experience across the platform

By improving how vendors are identified, it’s now easier to track, manage, and report on your tools with confidence.


365 Scout updates

You’ll now be notified if any discovered Microsoft apps have an “Unknown Status,” so you can review and manage them more easily.

This means:

  • Quickly identify apps that haven’t been categorized or reviewed yet

  • Reduce blind spots in your Microsoft 365 environment

  • Take action to classify, approve, or investigate unfamiliar apps

  • Keep your environment more organized and up to date

By surfacing these unknown apps, BetterTracker helps you stay in control of what’s connected to your environment—so nothing slips through the cracks.


Improved: Assist Customer

We’ve made it easier to support your customers by introducing a clearly defined Assist Customer experience.

This capability was previously available but didn’t have a dedicated name or clear entry point. Now, it’s been moved directly onto the customer management page and surfaced with a dedicated Assist Customer button—making it more visible and intentional to use.

With Assist Customer, you can:

  • Access a customer’s BetterTracker experience exactly as they see it

  • Troubleshoot issues without back-and-forth or guesswork

  • Guide customers in real time or make updates on their behalf

  • Reduce time spent on support with a more hands-on approach

By giving this functionality a clear name and placing it front and center, it’s now much easier to discover—and much faster to use when you need it most.


⚡ Improvements & Fixes

  • Faster page load times: We’ve improved performance across the platform for a quicker, smoother experience.

  • Better mobile experience: Updated mobile layouts and UI behavior make BetterTracker easier to use on smaller screens.

  • Fixed contract export issues: Resolved an issue that could cause contract exports to fail in some cases.

  • Fixed discount display issues in contracts: Corrected an issue where entered discount values did not always appear properly for some users.
