Your customers can either pay a partial or full amount of the due payment during the online booking process or later on. Agents can also add payments manually by opening the order details and then navigating to the status section.
Adding payments
Open the payments details and click on the plus icon in the top right corner.
Choose a payment method, the amount you want to register and the date the payment was received.
The newly added payment should appear in the list now:
