If you've recently made progress toward your goals, give the app about 30 minutes to update. It sometimes needs a little time to catch up and sync your data. If your stats still haven't updated after this period, try the following troubleshooting steps...

Pull to Refresh (Recommended First Step)

  1. Go to the Goals tab

  2. Pull down on the screen to trigger a manual refresh

  3. Wait for the refresh animation to complete

  4. Your goals should update with the latest data

App Restart

    • iOS: Swipe up from the bottom and swipe the app away

    • Android: Swipe out of the app or use the recent apps button

  2. Reopen the app and wait for it to fully load
