We’re thrilled to introduce a brand-new feature that will keep you motivated and help you achieve your goals—Multi-Buddy Challenges! You can now team up with your buddies to work on health, fitness, meditation, learning, and more. It’s all about collaboration and support 🙌

Here’s everything you need to know about how it works and how to start a challenge:

🌟 What Are Multi-Buddy Challenges?

With Multi-Buddy Challenges, you can invite up to four friends to work on a common goal, such as fitness, meditation, learning, or other predefined goals. While each of you works towards your individual targets, you’ll be able to see and encourage each other’s progress.


💪 How to Start a Multi-Buddy Challenge

  1. Go to the Community Tab:

    • Head to the Community tab, where you can view your active challenges and the option to start a new one.

  2. Create a Challenge:

    • Tap Start a Challenge and choose from available categories like Fitness, Learning, or Meditation.

    • Custom goals are not available for challenges at this time.

  3. Choose the Logging Method:

    • Depending on the goal, choose how you’ll log progress—whether time-based tracking (e.g., for meditation or workouts) or location-based auto-logging (if applicable).

  4. Select Your Buddies:

    • Invite up to four friends to join the challenge! You can pick buddies from your contact list or search for new friends.

    • If your buddy doesn’t have the specific goal set up, or if it’s set up with a different logging method, they’ll need to update their goal before joining.

  5. Send the Challenge:

    • After selecting your friends (up to four), tap Send Challenge and get started! Your buddies will get an invite to join the challenge.


🤝 How Progress is Logged

In Multi-Buddy Challenges, everyone tracks their individual progress, but you’ll be able to see how your buddies are doing. Here’s how it works:

  • Progress Bars: Your friends’ progress will be shown, You won’t see the exact time or sessions they’ve logged, but you’ll get a sense of how far along they are.

  • Encouragement, Not Competition: The idea is to keep each other motivated—so no need to compare stats! Just focus on your own progress and cheer each other on.

  • Buddies Limit: You can challenge up to four buddies at a time, making it perfect for small groups working towards the same goal.
