Assistant members can manage almost everything in your account.
They can:
View and manage orders
Process order fulfillment
Add, edit, and remove products
Manage shipping settings
See sales figures on your Dashboard and order forms
Handle customer inquiries
Manage coupons and discounts
They cannot:
Open Reports or download the accounting CSV
Change your password
Change your email
Modify payment/payout settings
Invite/remove other team members
Assistants can run your account, but you retain control over sensitive security and ownership settings.
Only you and your Admins can open Reports. To give someone access to Reports, such as your bookkeeper, make them an Admin.
