Creating your first wholesale listing
Authors and vendors can create wholesale listings from products and bundles already in their Beventi catalog.
Your first listing is your main wholesale catalog for approved bookstores.
Profile polish helps buyers trust the listing, but it does not block you from continuing your setup. You can improve profile images, bio, genres, website, and social links while you build your listing.
Before you start
Make sure you have the following:
A seller or vendor profile.
Products or bundles in your Beventi catalog.
Product images and descriptions ready for bookstore buyers.
A payout method available in your Beventi account.
A plan for wholesale prices, order rules, and shipping.
Create a listing
Sign in to Beventi.
Open Wholesale.
Choose "Open your wholesale catalog."
Confirm the seller profile bookstores will see.
Choose the pricing currency.
Select "Confirm profile & add products."
Add products or bundles from your catalog.
Keep the listing in draft while you finish pricing, rules, shipping, and policies.
Note: All wholesale prices and quantity tiers on a listing use the same listing currency.
After you have a listing, Beventi will show "Your Listing" in the Wholesale navigation (use "Open your wholesale catalog" if you are setting up a listing for the first time).
Listing statuses
Draft listings are works in progress and cannot receive orders.
Published listings can be viewed by approved buyers according to access settings.
Closed listings are not accepting new orders, but can be reopened later.
FAQ
Can I publish without products?
No. You need at least one product or bundle before publishing.
Can each product use a different currency?
No. Each listing uses one pricing currency.
