How to place a wholesale order
As an approved bookstore, you can can place wholesale orders from the seller listings you have access to.
Before you start
First ensure the following:
Your bookstore profile is approved.
You are signed in to the correct Beventi account.
You have access to the seller listing.
Your shipping address is ready.
The items you want are available.
You have accepted the wholesale buyer responsibility terms.
Add items to cart
Open Wholesale.
Open Browse or Sellers.
Open a product or seller listing.
Choose any variant or bundle options.
Enter quantity.
Review SRP, margin, lead time, pack size, and minimum quantity notes.
Add the item to cart.
Check out
Open the cart.
Review quantities and totals.
Choose or add a shipping address.
Select a delivery option.
Review the seller's delivery terms.
Accept the seller terms and conditions.
Review and accept the wholesale buyer responsibility acknowledgement if prompted.
Acknowledge import duties or taxes if the order ships internationally. Import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
Apply a discount code if you have one.
Choose an available payment method.
Complete payment.
Payment options can include credit card, PayPal, or Stripe depending on the seller's enabled payment methods.
After payment
After checkout, you will be sent to the order success page. You can find the order later from Wholesale > Orders.
FAQ
Why can't I add an item to cart?
The item may require approval, invite access, variant selection, available stock, valid price, valid quantity tiers, minimum quantity, maximum quantity, or pack-size multiples. Ensure that you have the appropriate access and selections and if you are still unable to add the item to cart, contact the seller.
Who fulfills the order?
The seller fulfills the order and manages shipping updates.
