How to share and preview a wholesale listing
Beventi offers convenient sharing tools to send a listing to bookstores as well as preview tools to make sure your listing appears how you intend.
Sharing a listing
On the "Share" tab of your listing are several options you can use for sharing:
A direct link to your listing
An email draft.
A QR code.
Note: Only approved bookstores with the right access will be able to place orders from the shared listing.
Previewing a listing
Use the "Public visitor" preview to see what someone who is not signed in can see.
Use the "Approved buyer" preview to see what an approved bookstore with access can see.

Can I share the listing link publicly?
Yes, but ordering still requires approved bookstore access and the right listing access.
Should I preview before sharing?
Yes. Previewing your listing will help you catch missing images, incomplete copy, and access issues.
